Sue brings a wealth of experience to Nadeus, having held senior management positions across several asset based lenders and worked in accounting functions within a number of varied industries. She has over 35 years experience, with over 25 in asset due diligence (audit and survey) and distressed case management.
Before Nadeus, Sue was part of the senior management team at both BNP Paribas Commercial Finance and Fortis Commercial Finance, having developed her ‘back office’ skills with a number of companies early in her career before starting in ABL with UCB Invoice Discounting and BNY Financial (Bank of New York). Sue is recognised as one of the top ABL audit and survey practitioners in Europe, having undertaken field examinations across the world.
Sue is a proven leader and a strong manager. She has exceptional planning, organisational and communication skills and is a highly conscientious individual who is determined to deliver the best result in any task she undertakes. Sue has that knack of getting to the core issues of any given situation quickly and identifying what needs to be done.
Danny is an experienced executive board director, seasoned asset based lending/business finance professional and business restructure/change specialist, bringing over 30 years experience to Nadeus.
Previously, Danny was on the Executive Board of BNP Paribas Commercial Finance and Fortis Commercial Finance, having gained early experience with the Nat West/RBS Group.
He has strong leadership, management, strategic planning and organisation skills, but is happy to get his hands dirty when needed. Danny is an accomplished communicator, builds solid relationships and has a wide and varied professional network. He has an outstanding track record in ABL distressed and recovery situations, and literally ‘wrote the book’ for BNP Paribas Group on cross-border Receivables Financing Credit Risk Management and UK Asset Based Lending.
He graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc (hons) in Financial Services and is a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Financial Services.
